What is Kinesiology?

Health Kinesiology (HK), is based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine using the meridians and acupressure points to rebalance the body. This in combination with muscle testing, gives me information to release energy blocks, eliminate toxins, reduce tension and strengthen your body’s natural healing ability.

Through Health Kinesiology I can find out if there is a blockage of the energy pathway which may be caused by anything from injury to food sensitivity or from stress in the home environment, work life, career, commuting, school, sports and relationships. It can also help with achieving life goals by getting rid of fears and negative belief systems or reducing pain in the body, leaving you feeling relaxed and more able to cope.

Kinesiology takes into account the whole person and helps activate each natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being.

Health Kinesiology uses the body’s unique inner wisdom to find out exactly what you need. Often clients feel like a heavy weight has been lifted, they feel clearer, stronger and more focused. Kinesiology can be used in conjunction with other alternative therapies and is suitable for all ages.

Who is it for

Kinesiology is not just for adults, it is safe for all ages, from babies to teenagers to adults. Sometimes all it takes is a small shift in your psychology or strategy to get momentum and the results you are after. Kinesiology does exactly that and will bring you that shift that you need. It is a gentle, natural therapy to help bring your body back into balance.

I work with children as well. A child might struggle with certain emotions or circumstances or they might suffer from allergies or hay fever.  A Kinesiology session can reduce the stress significantly and as a parent you will benefit by spending less time worrying and having a happier child. Children tend to love Kinesiology and it just may be the solution you have been searching for.
